It appears that receiving a credit for your losses due to issues with Yellow Letters is the exception and not the normal practice. Too bad for the majority.

Michael Quarles thanks for your honesty. Hopefully the changes implemented will have a positive effect.

Most recently used them in Dec 2019 after not using for a while and the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Maybe holiday overload. Should I try again?

Interesting comments about Yellow Letters.com. I've noticed these comments are from about 1 year ago. I'm having the same issues now (12-26-19). Long story short, I ordered 1000 pieces 12-12-19 & wanted one of the hard copies sent to me. Prior to the order I ordered their Sample Pack as well which took about 3 weeks to get to me. Since my order on 12-12-19, I have not received my hard copy of the ordered Yellowletters.com,  I have not received my copy of the mailed recipient's list as they said I would receive as well. They sure didn't waste anytime processing my credit card payment but so far their results are disappointing. Buyer beware and do some homework with this company.  There are several other choices on the web.

Hi @Bill Cote, I too am having a similar issue. I placed a 1000 piece order and purchased a list with them as well. There were problems with obtaining the list they (James) said it was an issue with Listsource. the Listsource data never come through and he said he would pull from another company that they sometimes use although they cost more. We started the data pulling process the last week in November. My payment for the list was processed over the phone with James in November as well. The first list sent was only 500 and I called and they did resend a list with the correct amount after my call of concern. In the mean time I had already created the post card mailer I wanted online. After we corrected the list issues the post card order was paid for December 3. There were issues with their system (per James) so when I asked him to describe the card being prepared was the wrong card so we walked through together while on the phone to correct and a correct proof was later sent to me. I was told that it would go out on the 5th. But when I emailed and called several times the following week (and after) for James and finally had another person tell me he was out and when I asked about my order and if went out on time that's when things became fuzzy. Since then I asked for tracking confirmation of mail delivery and was sent the payment receipt. When I reached out again they emailed a link with a note that it is not updated in real time because "post office uses a 3rd party site to track their orders." So far I have not received any calls and I am not even sure the status of the order. I am very disappointed with the whole experience!

Hi Joe,

Can you (law firm) customize wholesale purchase & assignment forms to be CA friendly. I would like to use forms other than CAR forms.

I like your website. Can I upload what I have and receive pricing quote? Thanks!

 Wendy

Great splits,  no quotas,  can work full or part time, great support local or remote,  agents throughout state,  strong systems in place.
