Thanks for the reply, unfortunately no I'm still having problems. This is the message I keep getting when I click to download each file...

Sorry, you can only download 3 files per week. Upgrade your account for a higher limit!

Over the past several weeks I've been having trouble downloading files, it either immediately tells me I have used up my 3 for the week or it will just kick me back to the home screen. Has anyone else experienced this or share some advice on getting it corrected.

Yes, Success! I decided to go and try it one more time and got it to go through. Thanks for all your help.

Windows 7. Worst case I can try it when I get home this evening from my Mac.

I'm using the most recent version of Internet Explorer

Just tried it again, still nothing. When I choose the file and click update, it just clears it out from the box, it doesn't begin processing or thinking at all.

Just tried uploading it again this morning and still no luck.
