Hi Guys! I am new to BP! I am really interested in real estate investing! DIY and real estate are a passion of mine and I spend countless hours trying to figure out how to best start this venture for myself! I purchased my first home last January. Since then I have been doing some fixing up on my own and saving to do some major renovations that require a little more money. I am really interested in buying another property but have little funds for a down payment right now. So far with my research it seems that single family homes or multi family homes are my best bet right now. I am looking for a starting point and some stories about how people first started out. I know I can do this, I'm just looking for the best way to take a first step! :)
