I remember you...it is great hearing from you again.  I had Falcon Management and managed the properties for Dondi.  I am sorry to hear about your health issues and glad to hear you are recovering.  Sounds like you have the right attitude to get where you want to be.  I, too, am now in my 60's and you wouldn't recognize me today, that's for sure.  By the grace of God I have prayed my way through health issues and continue to rely on His strength to get me through it all. 

Thank you both Jeremy and Julie!  Currently, we can provide services for several homes per investor, in a thirty to sixty day turn around period.  Understanding the needs and goals of real estate investors, I only take on enough work to insure that I complete jobs on time and within budget. 

My real estate background is strong and diverse.  My career began in property management for builders of multi-family housing and owners of commercial and retail property.  Included in my client base was Roger Staubach,  Kent Conine, Dondi Group, Fox & Jacobs and many others.  Later I continued my real estate career to include acquiring a Texas Real Estate license. At this time I began flipping houses and selling notes.  In 2013, I began remodeling properties of all types, as well as, flipping single family houses.  Today, my company has grown to fix and flip multi-family and single family properties, in addition to, performing turn-key remodeling for investors.

Hello Everyone!  This is my first post at Bigger Pockets to build my business.  My background is well rounded and diverse in the types of properties I have either remodeled, managed, or flipped during my 40+ years in real estate throughout Texas, FOR OTHERS, clients and customers, etc.

Currently, I am in the process of moving my remodeling business - We Fix Real Estate! to service the Austin/Waco/Temple/Killeen areas. After remodeling SFR for the past three years part-time, FOR OTHERS, I am now anxious to build MY OWN PORTFOLIO of fix and hold or fix to flip investments.

I am looking for investors who need turn-key remodeling services and for investors to help in building my portfolio by providing purchase and rehab funds.

Right now I have found several SFR's that make sense financially.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
