REO buying or REI is a full time job.
I hear sometimes they spend sleepless nights researching the bounty.

I dont honestly think some one doing that really has time to post in forums trying to help create competitors.

I am a newbie.

This may be a Dumb a-- ?

How do I find out who is the Asset management agency for the REO I am looking at?

Seems there are no REI groups in NJ for newbies or no one who wants to part knowledge to newbies.

How about we newbies get together and share knowledge we have and pool our resources and jump in to the market?

I think we all together have more resources and contacts than the so called mentors.

We can find mentors from out of state to mentor us through the process if we are a team of newbies looking for help and ready to share the bounty.

Just my 2c.

I am basically a web developer and would like to make my career in REI someday.

Can some one direct me to REI clubs in Middlesex County, NJ USA.
Did not find many and the ones I found did not return my calls.
