Hey Mike, any idea if the Grosse Pointe property is still available? I was originally looking for a profitable flip but if this turns out to be a positive cash flow i may be interested. Let me know!

New investor in the Michigan Real Estate Market. Currently working a full time job as a Logistics Engineer in Novi MI, and have an accounting degree from Central Michigan University. My goal is to make REI a full time job. My current niche will be Fix & Flips; although I want to use wholesaling as a tool to gain knowledge, learn the industry, and build capital. I have a trade's background and studied Construction Management for three years. My future goals include creating a solid stream of cash flow by acquiring long term assets that produce passive income. I will be working toward becoming "a cash flow investor"

I am brand new to BiggerPockets, but have been an active listener for the last 4 months or so!! I am trying to put together my first fix and flip and had a private lender who backed out on our deal that needs final bids in place on the 11th of March. I believe i have found a tremendous deal after running all my comps and analysis, but need to find a lender quickly. Any suggestions on lenders in the Detroit Market? Preferably the Oakland county area. I'm looking for Private equity funding or partnership! Any suggestions from seasoned or new investors would help! Thanks everyone.
