I am a new investor. I read The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing. I found it to be incredibly resourceful and helpful. I also went ahead and purchased "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" e-book from the BiggerPockets bookstore, and I am almost done reading that. I believe having a solid education in real estate investing will provide a strong foundation as I venture on this new journey as an investor and entrepreneur. I have set clear achievable goals for myself. I know I will be successful at this. I am excited about the next steps!
