@Linda Quinton I think that's a good idea to buy lots in Florida cause its a vacation spot for people to visit. 

@Phillip Thompson If a person is going thru a divorce an you are to fine out who that person is from the court public record you will need to know their first and last name. Yes this information is publicized but you will still need to know the last name. Its best to ask for the wife information cause they might think you are trying to get married to her.
