Hi everyone! I am recently a new licensee in Northern Virginia. I have done some research but I can't find a good firm. I am looking for a real Estate firm that is INVESTOR friendly. To break it down, I the broker to be OK with any percentage I want to charge, flat fee listings, and offer 100% or close to splits. Does anyone have any suggestions in the Northern Virginia area?! Thanks!

Dispute the item as an error to the credit bureau. With a good strategy you can remove this within 3 months.

Ricardo Appleby Welcome! I am also a soon to be licensed agent/investor in the Northern Virginia area. Looking to develop connections with other investors. Do you go as far south as Winchester/Reston?
