Its my primary residence that is mortgage free and in a prime location in Scarborough, ON. I need to raise renovation costs so i can maximize returns as i am flipping it. Can you guys list and details ways on how to do raise capital for it please.

Obviously i would prefer low to none mortgage break or closing costs.

Would be a 4 to 6 month plan to flip the property.

I get all the data from my real estate agent. Make sure to get an agent who responds fast and provides you with information whenever needed.

Its obviously necessary to become a brand and be visible in the industry to attract wholesalers and money partners to reach out to you for business. Can someone give their input and/or tips on how to do that?
