@Nurzhan Abenov Congratulations on your 1st flip. I have a 2 family rental property but want to try my hand at flipping. You explained your process very clearly. Wishes you continued success with your future endeavors.

I've joined Pro and have been doing a ton of reading. Right now I'm reading the beginners guide to real estate investing as suggested. Each paragraph opens more questions and topics(I have six tabs open). I know it's very important to learn the terminology but I seem to be raising more questions. My debate now is which purchase method is best using a realtor, a wholesalers or auction?

hi I'm new to BP,I'm learning how to navigate the site. I'm following step by step and am in the beginning of " the ultimate guide to real estate investing". It mentions Notes. What are they and how are they used?  How can I contact PM Dave Van Horne for his ebook. Thank you for your assistance.
