Hi Everyone, 

I'm Walter Evans from Memphis, TN.  I'm a lawyer in the area, as well as a homeowner.  Except the purchase of my home, I have no real estate experience.  

But, I'm a looking to generate cash through the purchase of vacation rental properties in beach or mountain locations.  I'm open to learning and am ready.  

Any direction that you all can provide me would be greatly appreciated....In turn, I hope to be able to pass on that knowledge to others in the future..
