I'm looking now on multi-family house that is listed for 120k and the tenants Are paying one of them 850 and the other 700 I'm trying to look on this street how much houses are selling for, and it shows that's most of the houses are sell for around 50K or less. Why does that mean that the houses are cheap and the rent income is normally?
