thanks. I know of Mat, but I wanted to know if I could manage the product and be a bit more hand on with the project. Specially if ultimately want to get into Hamilton area. Does anyone have a sample breakdown of their cost when going through the Reno?

It would be from bungalow already zoned R2 and above.

Hi everyone,

Doing a lot of reading and wanting to do a duplex conversion either in Hamilton or Kitchener. Does any one have a breakdown on cost to do them. I want to start calling contractors for estimates and I would like to have a general idea of cost?

I'm sure someone has a spreadsheet of the different stages of the conversion.
