@Mike Ollison any luck with finding an RMLO in NC? I am also looking for one.
@Chad Urbshott Thank you
@Bob Malecki Thank you
@Adam Adams Thanks

@Adam Adams Thanks for the response. No, not looking to broker any notes. This would be my first look into a Note tape and wanted to know if this was standard procedure to sign an NDA before receiving the tape. Also if the timeframe of ten years was customary.

@Adam Adams @Bob Malecki Thanks for the responses. I'd like to share more context to my previous question.

The individual presenting the Note tape does not work directly for the bank. This is a Third party from a local investment group that has a relationship with the bank who will be selling the Notes at a 2% commission rate. Per the NDA, the individual is asking for me to sign a ten year commitment. Are there any red flags I should be aware of?

Is it a customary practice to Sign an NDA with a party who is brokering for a bank before receiving a Note tape?

@Jay Hinrichs Thank you for the advice. When you mention 20-25 cents, is this the usual fee per person when using a VA?
