im freaking out for sure. Im struggling to understand why single family and 2 family owner occupied hows are even part of the law. A family of 5 visiting NYC cant afford to stay in a hotel. This is going to negatively impact the tourism. I live in Staten island. No one is going there to stay in a hotel. Does anyone see a way around this?

Happy New Year. I currently own and Manage 5 short term rentals. Im looking to convert another 8 units from MTR to STR this year. One challenge is being able to manage guest communication. I've heard one route we can go is to bring on a virtual assistant. Im looking advice from anyone that is or was in a similar situation and has leveraged VA's to support. Where do I start, what do I need to know?

Second, with the uptick in volume another suggestion is to work with a channel partner. Any advice there as well?
