can I tax deduce the flight ticket which I exchange by miles rather than paid directly ?

if yes, how can I determine the cost of the flight ? thanks

Could we use real estate loss to offset W2 wages income tax? If yes, does the property need to under personal name? Or it works even if it is under a legal entity? Thanks

@Wayne Brooks this is what I learnt from online article. it claims the lower value is due to stricter requirements. maybe it is only a misunderstanding.

planned to cash buy . just wonder if I could leverage a FHA appraisal to make sure everything is safe and probably a lower value for a better negotiation.
