Would be a pleasure to meet up. I run a handyman business and am always on the lookout for a deal on a property myself, but it is a tough market. Currently in a housing shortage and multi-family units are priced accordingly. Best of luck if you can find a deal though!

Post: How many grace period days do you give tenants after the first?

Rent is due on the first, with a 5 day grace period. We charge a $50 late starting the 6th day. Last tenant was consistently late by 2 days, putting an extra $900 in our pocket. Easy $$$
