Hi BP Community!

My name is Wade Sikkink and I just joined BP after downloading and reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing. Good E-book and you can't beat the price (free!).

My wife and I have formed a new LLC for a property we are buying (closing on Friday). Once we're closed I'll post about what we've bought and how. We live in the Lincoln NE area and are not new to real estate. We started out renting out our home when we moved and couldn't sell it (don't a lot of people fall into land lording that way?). A couple years later we sold that house and bought a 4 plex with a partner. That was a great experience and we learned a lot. When we moved back to Nebraska, I sold my interest in the 4 plex to my partner. We're now diving back into land lording with a new purchase. This is a pretty sweet deal and like I said, I'll post on it once we close.

BP looks like a great forum and I plan to be an active member. In addition to real estate I own and ecommerce company and have a great deal of general business experience that hopefully I can share with the community.
