the bank is asking me for a contract. I already submitted a purchase contract. Im thinking she is needing a HUD1. Maybe? She wanted to know who is paying for what. The buyer is being financed through Arvest. Any recommendations on title companies to use and prices.

The buyer said yes to a house I have for sale. Wholesale. Now what how and where do I close. Can I just transfer title? And call it a consultant fee. Do I use a assignment contract and get my fee that way? Can I just have the seller sign the contract over directly to the new buyer?? What contracts do I use?? State Missouri
