Short term rental is between $200-$260 USD a day, and long term ranges from $1500-$2000 USD a month, all depending on the time of year, the market, etc.

Short term rent is $250 USD a day, I will find out how much it is monthly from my partner in St Lucia.

To buy property in St Lucia, all you need is an Alien Landholding license which is a one time fee of about $1800 USD.
