 Hey Matt, the Nashville market is one of the hottest markets in the country right now. There are a lot of big players in town, but there are some good deals to be found as well. I'd love to help you out.

 Hey Leo, we are open to most anything. Buying a MHP is near the top of our list at the moment, but I would like to get into apartment complexes down the way as well. Greetings everyone. I am a Managing Broker at a prominent real estate firm in Nashville, TN but my wife and I are also real estate investors. Our main interests are in flipping, mobile home parks, multi-family, and long term buy and hold deals. We are open to all aspects of real estate investing though and I also have some interest in wholesaling as well as storage unit facilities. I hope to learn on here and share any insight and wisdom I have.
