Hello everyone, after about 5 months of lurking, I've decided to finally post. My name is Shavon and I'm from New Jersey. My professional background is in healthcare/pharma and I'm currently working on my MBA. Decided to start investing in real estate (wholesaling) to diversify my income beyond my 9 to 5. I want to focus exclusively on wholesaling for now and then move into other areas of investing. I've been listening to podcasts and researching the past 5 months and I have learned so much. I've decided to take action and send out my first official direct mail campaign this weekend. I'm terrified but even more excited about whats to come.
