Hello,

is there any way that I can get financing in US for properties outside US?

I have nice 770+ credit score and ~300k income on W2. (top 5 fortune company).

I was wondering how to get mortgage for property in Europe? Any suggestion? Larger % for downpayment is not an issue.

(I can't get equity line).

Thank you,

Also I found out this is HOA foreclosure for $17,500 + there are 2 mortgages on this property. I couldn't find out how much owner owes for mortgages but they where like $46,000 + $416,000 when he borrowed. I asked trustee but they didn't know what is total amount he owes in this moment.

Are they going to disclosure this information before auction?

There is 90 days redemption period for this property.

I would like to do flip on this one. Should be easy since its only 1/1.

Can someone confirm for this property if there are 2 mortgages? I couldn't figure this out.

I would pay 330k. This condo would rent for $2,200 a month. (HOA is probably ~$330 and property tax ~$350 a month).

Not sure about auction sell since there is no clear situation if this is first or second mortgage auction.

Real Market value is above 400k if is upgraded unit.

What do you think?

I am ready with cash. The only thing that worries me if there is too much debt for HOA.

And also can we tell from this document if there are 2 mortgages on property? Its little confusing on it. How should I know if this auction is for first or second mortgage?

How much would you pay for this condo?

How to check if owner paid for maintenance fee?

How to check if there is some elder linen on this property?

This building had litigation in past (something with sewer) but that is over now.

Sorry but I have to disagree.

This last peek is because of more efficient technology.

Last thing I would buy now would be gold or any other commodity.

Invest in Real Estate or you will be broke very soon. Just dump all your gold asap.
