Sup yall. So I want to but rental property real estate ok. I need to creat an llc ok. I paid and created an llc. My intention is is this llc buys real estate for investing buy rent hold. I'm at the point to figure out how I'm going to be taxed in this llc. So the question is is how would i set that up for my first time. At the moment thing's changed and I'll have to sit on the company llc for a year before it starts working. Help please and thank you.

I'm sorry I'm just so pissed off at all this, nobody gives real information or real help unless they profit off it. Nobody will teach you the right way the true way unless you pay them. Even people claiming to be Christians and God and church all of a sudden all that goes out the window they say no to God and unless they profit or benefit more than you would they will NEVER help someone.

@Vladimir Kunau and there is absolutely NOTHING stable about trucking yall know nothing about it and it's passing me off how yall act like it's sooooo easy. It's soooo easy for you, go into a semi and try, you will quit and say it can't be done in a semi. I know you will because richdadworld robert kiyosaki they even couldn't figure out how I could do it in a semi and I was paying them to help figure it out. Maybe your friend is a trucker who crys about home time and needs to be home every weekend then crys he doesn't make enough cash to the company but pretends to his friends he is rich. I been in trucking too long for you to tell me about trucking.

@Benjamin Aaker how do I live in one when I am stuck in a truck? Why have a place if I'll never ever be there to use it? I would need at least 6 properties to be able to get put of the truck. Yall act like we trucks make alot of money hahahaha. We forfeit our freedom our lives so YOU can have one and we get treated like **** for it.

What are ways to create a deal with a private lender on a property that doesn't need rehab and refinancing? Sure if it's a peace of poo property and you do the numbers and can convince owners to sell for less so you can do rehab and refinancing to pay back the private lender and all that but what if the property is good and doesn't need all that how would I pitch a deal to a private lender? What they take the cash flow untill paid off? In what 30-70 years? That's the only one I understand. All of this is passing me off, like I'm retarded am I too stupid to begin to understand? I seriously feel like I'm too retarded to do this or anything.

Yall! I think it happened, landed a partner. Thank you all for not giving up I needed it I was scared to speak personally to an agent and I finally did it and she turns our to be the perfect partner for my plan.

So how willing are these brokers to give you the list? And this may be dumb but isn't a broker a real estate agent? 

on zillow and realter I have found and did numbers on and picked the best deals and was talking to the agents and all about the owner and the property learning you know. Then I got stopped at where these investors would be, the way i was learning to get these investors and doing it I found out its illegal to do it that way. if I didn't have anyone who knows a guy that knows a guy then what? I'm alone looking for that first guy lol.
