I market to sellers as investor but Im also a realtor and would like a chance to list a property when my offer doesnt work for sellers However when I present an offer over the phone to seller most of the they get insulted and dont even want to hear about listing their property with me, saying things that Im a crook, etc Any suggestions on the correct approach Thank you guys in advance
