Rene, thanks for the insight I still believe from my research Irish real estate is just not in my plans and I’d love to do wholesaling virtually in US

I will definitely try Rene but I’ve looked into it for the last few months and the housing crisis in Ireland is very bad atm, and have been for the last 10+ years, houses are ridiculously overpriced in all areas of Dublin with very high property tax and the price of houses increasing every year by 4%, these are just some of the reasons I want to venture out in virtual wholesaling in America where I believe there is more opportunities for cash buyers as there’s also a reported low amount of cash buyers for any type of real estate in Ireland

Hi BP, I’m 19 from Dublin Ireland and can see there’s no real way to wholesale real estate here as there’s a very big crisis so I need to wholesale virtually from Ireland to the US and Canada, can anyone please help me to get started or tell me best place to look for knowledge resources?? i spend all my free time reading real estate books podcasts and doing anything to improve but I need a small guide getting started virtually to do it in US from Ireland🙏🏻  I will volunteer to work for you free for 90 days to prove i am all in for this.🤜🏼🤛🏼
