Anyone from NYC here? Out of curiosity what areas are hot right now for investing, flipping and wholesaling.  Especially in the Brooklyn, North Jersey and Queens areas.

@Brent Coombs I'm trying to find properties and I haven't made a move because I don't have the funds. Wish I knew where to find a lender so I can at least work on and flip a small property.

Hey Guys, I've been using different websites to find leads including property shark which I'm somewhat new to.  I wanted to know what are the best tips you experts have on finding leads through property shark and other web services.

Also what are some of the list building tools you recommend to use when it comes to real estate?

I'm a marketing manager of a small real estate startup in New York. I joined this forum to learn what I can to learn what I can about property acquirement and investment. I know this forum has books that are recommended, but you guys have something more valuable than books and that is experience.

I'm looking to network with realtors from the NYC and NJ area if possible.
