I have found another multi family, 2 units. The house sold in 2005 for 571k the bank is asking 389k. I was just interested to find does this look like a good deal for a long term rental until the market changes. House was built in 2005 and in good condition. Just a little nervous because the rent will just cover the mortgate insurance and taxes I will break even...but if I lose a tenant then I am looking at coming out of my pocket any suggestions?

thank you

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a hard money loan in New Jersey, one that I can work the down payment into the loan. Does anyone have any suggestions or referrals?

Also I am a little confused on the hard money loan. How much percentge will I need for a down payment on a hard money?

Well I found out the house I want is zoned for one and two family by calling the Builings Department and they connected me to the Zoning Department. They were very helpful. Jons advice was awesome. Because you never know until you ask. The key word he used was Legal.

kudos to Bigger Pockets

Best wishes,

vjb

By all means agents need to get paid...I would pay what I have to...Thats not a problem...I am very new at this and right after the post I called the agent and worked it out so thank you so much...It was a case of bad communication on both parts...

Have a wonderful day and thanks for the knowledge.
