Glad you started an evening meet up.  Won't be able to make it on Feb. 23 but looking forward to the next one.

Thank you @Account Closed.  You are right Wayne about Boca.  I have noticed low cost condos there but they have outrageous club membership fees so Delray does look like a better option.

Thank you @John Fedro and @Mark Higginsfor the responses. I apologize for the lateness of this post, I couldn't get the @ tagging to work - hit or miss with that feature.

The mobile home needed EVERYTHING done (roof, subflooring, bathroom, kitchen, windows, no appliances) I decided to pass.  I do like the idea of the land trust and will look into creating one on my own (didn't realize I could do that).

Honda civic stick shift.  All our Hondas made it well over 200k. My current Accord is at 297,856 and still runs well.

When a mobile home park requires a rental lot application for a background check, do you do so under your land trust, LLC or just provide your personal information? I know John Fedro recommends land trusts but I haven't set one up yet and I have an immediate opportunity to purchase.
