Hello everyone, I just want to introduce myself and my company. My name is Alan Williams and I work for Vista Developers in Hendersonville, NC. We have three porperties that have lots for sale and also we jsut started selling Pre-construction homes that are selling below the appraised values (current appraisals are from $20,000-$49,000 above sales price).
