@Sean Walton I appreciate It Sean. You are correct, getting effective systems into play will play a big part in my out-of-state venture. Thank you for that suggestion regarding leveraging my position as a PM. I will definitely add that to my arsenal. Maybe we can do a joint deal one of these days. Cheers!

Hello All,

My name is Virgil and I am new to Real Estate investing. I am currently a Property Manager for a firm here in San Francisco. I have about 10 HOA portfolios that I manage and I love the field but I want more. Even though I am only 26 years old, I feel I should start planning for financial freedom starting NOW! One of the other fuels for my motivation for investing is to buy my mother a house.

Well here is my quick little story of how I am getting into investing. I came across the strategy of Wholesale Investing 2 days ago and I have not stop learning since. I realized that the Real Estate field will never come to a cease and it will constantly keep growing. The last couple days have just been Podcasts, watching Guru's on youtube and just bought "Rich Poor Dad" on Audible. I feel like a sponge ready to absorb all different type of practices and then incorporating them to make my own strategy.

Since the San Francisco market is INSANE right now, I am looking to do some Virtual Deals out of state. I am planning to target Philly. From doing the research Philly is up and coming. I plan to capitalizing on that. Eventually I want do look in other states to do wholesale investing. What do you guys think about remote wholesale investing? Do you guys think it is plausible for me to close deals from San Francisco?

I plan to update BP with my journey as a Wholesale investor and eventually move into Cash Flow type practices.
