That's been my experience also, I was just curious to know if anyone had a different experience with JP Morgan Chase.

We're getting to the end of the month & I've heard of those things making a difference for a bank, but wanted to see if anyone had experienced something like this.

Hello BP Forum,

I'm a realtor with Keller Williams SVSI & I'm currently helping a client negotiate a deal that's a bank owned property listed on the MLS...the bank is JP Morgan Chase.

The asset manager has asked for highest and best. I'm just curious if anyone has noticed a specific way of using a quick closing to improve their chances of the offer getting accepted with this bank?

What do you think of  something like "Buyer to close within 5 business days of mutual acceptance"?

Thanks for your help!
