Welcome @Minh Nguyen!  The BP podcasts have been my favorite part of this site.  Be sure to check those out if you haven't already.  The RING is also a great resource.  I've been attending the meetings for a while and have learned a ton, mostly from networking with a lot of the people there.  Hope to see you at one of the meetings!

Welcome @Jason Duet!  I made the decision to get my license after buying my first investment property.
