yes, OC I can find condos in this price range only in Santa Ana.

There are few in Tustin, Buena Park, and not too bad.

I have plenty of choice in Corona, Riverside, Lake Elsinore!

I want to buy a condo and live in it for 2-3 years and then rent it using FHA loan . My Questions:

1. Can and how do I get approved for FHA loan in range $150-200k? Name some FHA lenders who lend with credit score of 620-640.

2. How can I search FHA eligible condos in Orange County, CA area?

Hi Kirk- Congratulations on wedding and welcome to the world of RE investing. I think first learn about all different strategies and see which one you like and resonate with. Of course, buying SFR, renting and holding is the easiest. I know Fresno area are good multifamily market too. Good luck and stay in touch.
