@Peter Sheats I am looking in mls. Price range I am looking is $180-$190k. In Oviedo and winter park areas. Not finding many in that range. It's probably the retail season not investor season.

@Hersh M. Cash flow - I am looking at $200 - $300 per month (after PM, Mortgage, Taxes) for 20% down on $110K property. That's the criteria I am looking with.

@Gino Barbaro The loan agent I worked with in the past invested in Jacksonville and found it encouraging from cash flow standpoint. I researched a bit more and decided to jump in. It also meets my criteria for investing in turnkey properties.

Thanks for this post, Raul Leyte . I am currently in contract for a turnkey SFH in Jacksonville area. It's encouraging to hear the feedback from fellow investors. I am looking forward to doing more buy & holds here. If any of the investors would like to discuss any prospect, I would welcome the opportunity.

I invested in one property 3b/2ba SFR in Oviedo last year. Generally happy with the investment. I put offers on a few more, but didn't go through for various reasons (repair costs, seller backing out etc.,). I have been diligently looking for opportunities there for SFRs, but I am not finding as many as I was last year.

Would love to hear what Oviedo investors are experiencing.

After doing some research I decided to invest in Jacksonville area. I am now in contract for a turnkey investment in Arlington area of Jacksonville. I'd appreciate if folks who invest in this area can provide some guidance on typical CAP rates as well as rents for SFRs, as I am looking to invest more here.

Would be grateful for any experiences you can share if you have invested in buy & hold properties there.

Welcome to BP Yemisi Jones . You are in the right place. My father-in-law has a property in cincy that he is renting out. He is happy with it. I am interested in that area as well. All the best. Happy to share my findings as I research more. Good to hear from other investors that the market is good for cash flows.
