I'm currently looking for an active lender in Baltimore, MD. We have a property under contract as a fix-and-flip in Harford County, MD. Looking to close on it by December 9th, so serious lenders only please. I've contacted all the lenders in the BP HML marketplace, looking to check here if perhaps I missed someone who was not on that list.

We have all the information written up which I can send over to you in a jiffy, if interested.

Or does it necessarily have to be a double escrow (double close)?
