Since I am from CA I am thinking OOS but I would also look Central Valley CA area if there was opportunity. I have looked at some stuff in Indy, Kansas City and Dallas area as well. Open to talking about different areas as well.

Hi does anyone work with a turnkey operator that that does small multifamily duplex/tri/four/etc. I like he idea of a turnkey but it seems all turnkey operators focus on SFH. I am not really keen on SFH and would greatly prefer to start with small multifamily until I can graduate into larger multi's. thanks in advance for you help and advice.
