Looking for some advice on a tenant issue.  I have a tenant who I believe to be on some type of heavy drug like herion, or meth ...

I recently inspected the property it was full of garbage everywhere some hording, it's just trashed.  Really need to get them out, my plan is to give them 60 day notice prior to lease expiring in May of 2025, that they need to move out due to the owner will be remodeling and selling the unit.  These tenants were rented by the owner, I'm just managing the property more than 7 years ago.  They pay on time, the place I'm sure is causing roaches and mice for other units due to their living style, with the garbage and hording etc.  Any thoughts on getting them out earlier,?

Thanks everyone for your input, this is all new to me just starting to investigate this market.  This house looks like it may not be a good fit.

I agree with a bit more landscaping in front, the exterior needs a little more pop of a different color.  Maybe paint the fascia a different color and add a decorative gable to the front peak.  Make sure to get feedback after every showing, as you know it all comes down to location, condition, and price.  House looks good though, best of luck.

Can someone recommend a good company that works with traveling Healthcare professionals?  I'm looking to rent a 3 bed 2 bath Ranch home in Northbrook IL.
