I should add that since it is has macros, the file must be opened in desktop mode to activate/enable macros. However, the model is primarily built in excel formulas, and those calculations can be seen by unhiding the different tabs, without having to enable macros.

Hi all! I'm fairly new to this world, and this is my first post.

I am working on an MBA, and for my final project in a class, I've decided to create a Real Estate Investment analysis tool in Excel. It is a macro-based worksheet, that basically has a small program that walks a user through data collection for analysis. I have also formatted it such that it will print nicely to form a little report.

I have plans to add some features like automatically calculating alternative scenarios for a range on certain values like "rent" or "purchase price". This is my first "working" version.

I'd love to get feedback from the community, about anything that could be better, or features that might be nice to have.

I've included a link to this 1.0 release Here.
