Should I do my own marketing for properties because I can't find any good wholesalers In columbus oh?

Hey James, let me give you my professional opinion.  I am a N.A.T.E Certified technician who actually got licensed in Dallas at Lenox. The machine are only designed to cool 30 degrees below outside temperature in laboratory conditions. So it sounds to me like you have an insulation problem. That could be the ductwork, the attic/walls or even the doors and windows. A bigger unit can actually make the condition worse. The units are designed for a certain "tonage". I would start with a company that's does full service.

After months of looking, I took down my first deal! I've been in the rehab for about two and a half weeks and it's going okay. I plan on being done in another two and a half weeks and hopefully making a huge profit. Next I plan to get into the multi family buy and hold strategy here in columbus ohio. I would not have had the info that I needed to do my first deal if it had not been for bigger pockets, shot out to Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner.

do I've been doing a ton of research on the different types of investing and I think I am getting close to the niche that I will persue. Can any one give me any advice on subject to?

Hello everybody, I am a newbie in Columbus Ohio! I am looking to get into the real estate business on the investment side. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on.I run a small  HVAC / home repair business and that is why I am thinking about getting into real estate investing, it seems like such a natural  transition fo for me. I hope to start my investing soon. God bless!
