Hello Detroit investors(and others who are watching it),

What do you think about Trump's trade war with China - will it impact on ongoing price recovery in Detroit market ? Considering almost 38% of Michigan GDP comes from export, i would say it will be impacted. I am planning to invest in Detroit and i am concerned about this. Whats your view ? Market may be hot now but it may change when full impact happens which will be around 6 months from now.

Thanks Marcin. I am out of state. Why Detroit ? Because Detroit is the last major city in process of recovering from crash in 2007/2008. You can still have flipping project done with investment kf only 100k. Not many cities offer flip opprtunity at that price point. Also, from what i have heard, it is recovering fast.

Any specific neighbourhood in your view sutiable for flipping ?
