I recently purchased a SFH in Woodbury NJ. It is in need of extensive rehab work including, but maybe not limited to, the following; vinyl siding installation, metal capping, Gutter installation/repair, roof removal and replacement, foundation repair, mold removal, carpet removal and replacement, asphalt shingle installation, permit procurement, drywall repair. painting and bathroom remodel.

I am looking for a general contractor. Please let me know if you have anyone you can recommend, or if there is a better place to post/look into this.

what is the financial condition of you and your business partner? I'm comfortable, he is very comfortable. 

700+Credit? yes, he might be 800+ 

W-2 income? meaning from our day jobs? If so then yes

is the property rented or not? 1 unit is the other is not

is it Section 8 or Regular Tenant. Regular 

zestimate shows 72k. Is zillow an ok source for an estimate of the appraisal?

Howdy. Civil Engineer by day, FIRE (financial independence retire early) seeker by night. 9 month reader and first time poster. Currently close to purchasing a two unit buy and hold rental investment property in Delaware County PA. 

Partner and I just formed our LLC. Having trouble getting a loan for $60k in the LLC name. Any tips or leads?
