@Maria Luna Brickell condo HOA fees float around 500-800 which is insane. I'd look into the edgewater/Little river / Allapattah market if you're looking for the long term. Huge growth potential and ‘Relatively' cheaper… I have to say that because the Miami market is a killer right now (Not saying it's impossible) .

There’s also a new high rise in Downtown Miami called Nativo being built in 2022 and it is AirBnB managed by the association

Hello Bigger Pockets fam! My name is Vincent Greco and I am an Real Estate Agent with the Riley Smith Group in Coconut grove/Coral gables ,FL. I have listened to every podcast, read (almost) every bp book and am fully in-tune with the vision that most like minded people on this network have and/or looking for. I am fairly new to Miami (2 years), originally from NJ and when I found bp I had that "this is what ive been searching for" moment and my life has been surrounded by real estate ever since. My goals for 2021 are to own 3 properties by december 31st and to work with atleast 2 buyer/sellers per month doing deals and taking advantage of the amazing deals in this market right now. Coming up with the Capital has been my only issue up to this point. I would love to hear from anyone else in this market and connect, grab some coffee and just talk shop. Miami is Hot!

Hey Evelyn I'm also from Miami. Credit cards are a slippery slope the more you have you tend to neglect or overspend in some areas and it's hard to recover (personal experience). In my personal opinion just focus on bringing in as much income as you can and always pay off your cards on time and depending on the credit cards they will give you a big credit increase once you prove your reliability.

Wallethub and Mint are great apps I used to grow my credit 💪
