i if your buying the trailer for his's usage put lean on the title of the trailer yuou as buyer  ..  if he dose not pay you back  , clamed your trailer  , was taking from your property . but make shore your name is the main person on the title ..   when there finished  sale the title of the trailer to them .   or get a written agreement , too that him as the original property owner with deduct the value from THERE CLOSING COST.  as a contigancy for closing of sale. (place a lean on the amount of vaule of traler))

   if the barker in the panel dose not work or issues are not fixed after installing a new braker    

 some times the water heater too,  has a thermostat that has a braker that will pop (not being phased in right  or wired right.  the wires wood get hot , and still pop. at the water heater

           I have had this problem working for a home investor as a hand man ..   when the wires leading to the thermostat to the hot water heater got to hot , it would pop and not perduse hot water ..

1 buy holed put it out for rent
