@Jovon English  I have family in Indianapolis and had lived there for a few months.  I do have a property manager that I am not very happy with and need to change once my contract expires.  My sister is out there and helps me out a ton.  I primarily use the management company for leasing then between me and my sister we handle all the repairs and turn overs since that is the area I am most unhappy with.

My name is Vincent Ballew and I am a 34 year old electrician from California  investing in Indianapolis real estate with a buy and hold strategy.  Currently I have two SF homes and I am in the process of closing on a duplex.  My goal is to own as many units as I can and will continue to purchase units as funds becomes available to me. The bigger pockets podcast changed my whole outlook on life and gave me the motivation I have to pursue real estate investing.
