Hi @Michael S. I replied back to you with additional question about the same topic. I'm new here at biggerpockets and I didn't know that I have to tag you in order to reply back to you so you probable didn't see my reply. If you can please answer my additional questions from previous message   

I asked a question in new member introduction category and someone replies to me with an answer. If I'll  reply back with additional question about the same topic I'm not getting any more responds. It happened two times with my 2 previous posts. Does any one see my replies? Or someone sees my post only the first time I'm posting a question? 

I haven't  contacted owner. It seams odd that there are lots of properties that are priced below market value and not sold in one year. Is each property on the list like a forum post doesn't get remove even if its sold? Or seller didn't remove his post after it was sold?

Today I tried to post again in category FAQ Forum but still its not letting post it. It tells me you must have an upgraded account to post that forum. Then I changed category to New Member Introduction and it worked. What is it about category FAQ Forum? Is there a membership higher than pro?

Can anyone explain me why on market place properties for sale list there are lots of properties that were posted up to an year ago? Does this mean they are not sold and still available?
