I am kind of new to real estate investment. Rented the hold home after moving to a new one. The good experience of this inventment is encouraging to consider investments in real estate on side of my fulltime job.

Hoping to learn from many experienced investors here about investing in pre-foreclosed, bank owned properties and renting them. Also investing in properties for college student rentals. Any advice is welcome and thanks in advance.
