The existing oak floor is not of great quality easily warps a flooring company recommended to go Vinyl as problem can resurface again and again on existing floor cost of refinishing and installing new vinyl is same besides vinyl has life time warranty

I am newbie here and would like to get your expert opinion.
I own a 2 family home
would it be a good idea to replace all of my wood floor with luxury vinyl tiles?as there are some issues due to water wetting the floors

Repairing wood floor cost seems almost comparable to installing new vinyl tiles however I will have to forego
substantial existing subfloor and I am also not sure about
roi with vinyl flooring (not sure if home value appreciates or depreciates).repairing wood floor also doesn't seem like a good idea as its not as durable and water resistant as vinyl I am confused please advice

Thanks
