Chicagoland is a really big market.  The city is very diverse in terms of the range of rents, property conditions and prices.  I'm sure that you would be able to find a deal in Chicago.  It would be good to have specific criteria and target a couple of neighborhoods.  I mainly do by and hold in Logan Square which has a good range just in the neighborhood.

To market to the high-end relocation services, can you just post on the MLS? I'm looking to purchase a large single family home in the North Suburbs of Chicago. I would like to market toward a family/expats relocating to Chicago-land but I don't know how to market to these clients. Anyone with experience working with relocation services I would appreciate advice.

Hey Mark we spoke a couple of weeks ago about your turnkey business.  It would be great if you could provide me with an introduction to your contact in Lincoln Park.

Any recommendations for a property management company on the Northside of Chicago? Logan Square/Bucktown area.

I've been working with MTD properties overall their rates are ok but their systems and contractors are not good and they are way over stretched in terms of people to the number of properties managed.
